Terms, conditions & privacy
The following terms explain how reservations, payments, cancellations, security deposits and privacy are handled on this website.
1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability, property conditions and final approval. A booking request is not considered fully confirmed until the required payment has been received and the reservation status has been approved by the agency.
- The guest is responsible for providing accurate personal, contact and booking information.
- The selected property, dates, number of guests and price are shown during the booking process.
- The agency may request additional information when necessary for verification or operational reasons.
2. Payments
The reservation payment must be completed within the payment period shown during the booking process. If payment is not confirmed within the required time, the reservation may be cancelled and the property may remain available to other guests.
- Prices are displayed in Euro unless otherwise stated.
- Payment instructions are shown on the payment page and in the guest dashboard.
- Invoices and booking confirmations are generated based on the reservation details available at the time of booking.
3. Refundable security deposit
Some properties require a refundable security deposit. This amount is displayed separately from the reservation payment and is marked as requested where applicable.
- The security deposit may be used to cover damages, missing items, excessive cleaning or serious house-rule violations.
- If no issues are reported after check-out, the deposit is refunded according to the applicable processing time.
- The deposit status may appear as requested, pending, retained or refunded depending on the booking stage.
4. Changes and cancellation
Cancellation and change requests must be sent in writing. The applicable cancellation conditions depend on the property, booking status, arrival date and payment stage.
- Unpaid reservations may be cancelled automatically after the payment window expires.
- Confirmed reservations may be subject to cancellation fees depending on timing and property rules.
- No-show reservations may be treated as cancelled without refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Check-in, check-out and guest responsibility
Guests must respect the check-in and check-out times, maximum occupancy, quiet hours and property-specific house rules. The property must not be used for illegal activities, unauthorised parties or purposes not permitted by the booking conditions.
6. Liability and force majeure
The agency acts as an accommodation and booking service provider or intermediary, depending on the selected property. The agency is not responsible for events outside reasonable control, including extreme weather, transport disruption, public authority restrictions, strikes, technical failures or other force majeure events.
7. Privacy policy
Personal data is collected and processed only where necessary to provide booking services, communicate with guests, manage payments, issue booking documents and comply with legal obligations.
